Apoolcare Search Reporting

Apoolcare Search Reporting is a private tool used by Affordable Pool Care to review its own Google Search Console reports. It reads search clicks, impressions, search terms, pages, and average search positions. It cannot change the website or Search Console settings.

This tool is for Affordable Pool Care's own use. It is not a public sign-up service.

Privacy policy

The tool requests read-only access to Google Search Console. It reads the list of properties the signed-in account can access and retrieves reports for Affordable Pool Care's selected property.

Google sign-in credentials for the connection are stored in restricted local files on the owner's computer. The tool saves report exports locally. Selected report data may be provided to OpenAI through Codex to help analyze search performance. Connection credentials are not included in those reports.

Google data is used to review Affordable Pool Care's search performance. It is not sold or used for advertising targeting. Apoolcare Search Reporting's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

The owner can revoke access through Google Account permissions and delete local credentials and reports. Revoking access stops future reads but does not delete saved reports. Report data shared through Codex is subject to the owner's OpenAI account settings and applicable retention rules.

Terms of use

This tool is for authorized Affordable Pool Care reporting only. Access requires the Google account holder's consent and existing Search Console permissions.

Reports may be delayed or incomplete. The tool does not guarantee search rankings or business results. Access can be ended by revoking the Google connection.
