When you request an estimate or contact us, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, street address, ZIP code, service needs, preferred timing, and any other details you provide. We also collect limited technical information needed to operate and protect the form, such as the page where you submitted the request, campaign tags or ad click identifiers in that page address, submission time, request ID, IP address, rate-limit results, and bot-verification results.
How We Use Your Information
We use this information to respond to your request, prepare an estimate, schedule and provide service, communicate about service, prevent spam and abuse, keep business records, troubleshoot delivery problems, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Service Providers and Form Submissions
Our website is hosted by Vercel. Estimate requests are stored in Airtable so we can manage and respond to them. Resend may deliver an internal email notification containing request details. Cloudflare Turnstile checks whether a submission appears automated. Redis or Vercel KV may temporarily process protected rate-limit and duplicate-prevention identifiers. Our internal message automation may use request details to notify staff or help them respond. The Google Maps embed in our footer displays our business location and may receive technical information such as your IP address and browser details when the map loads. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies.
Calls and Text Messages
If you submit an estimate request, you agree that Affordable Pool Care may call or text you about that request. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages. You may also contact us directly to update your communication preferences.
When We Share Information
We share information with service providers only as needed to run the website, prevent abuse, deliver notifications, manage requests, and provide service. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights or customers, or as part of a business transfer. We do not share personal information with third parties for their own advertising.
Cookies and Analytics
We do not currently use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. Our hosting and security providers may use necessary cookies or technical data to deliver and protect the website. Embedded Google Maps may also use cookies or technical data under Google's privacy terms when the map loads. If we add analytics or advertising tools, we will update this policy and provide any choices required by law.
How Long We Keep Information
We keep estimate requests and service records only as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide service, maintain business and legal records, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. Rate-limit and duplicate-prevention data is generally short-lived. Retention may be longer when required by law or needed for an active customer relationship.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect personal information. No website, network, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
Your Rights
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you.
